At Argent Gewerken, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our tableware products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Window
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Please ensure that the items are free from any visible signs of use.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- Certain items may also be excluded from returns, such as those marked as final sale.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@argentgewerken.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive a Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Ship the Package: Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
Exceptions
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.
- If the returned items do not meet our return conditions, your return may be rejected.
